Let us start by saying that there are only a hand full of Internet Marketers who know how to use
wordpress tags the way they should be used. Are you one of those? Or are you the 99% who
thinks the search engines can read your mind?
Here’s the deal someone decides they want to make money online. They read one if any ebook
to guide them to do this. However instead of them reading the ebook they skim over it and pick
up bits and pieces of knowledge. So when they read this telling them that article marketing is
the way to make money online. While this may be true they stop there and don’t finish reading
the ebook.
Because they didn’t finish reading the ebook they missed the part about how to use keywords or
wordpress tags properly. This is a big deal because keywords or wordpress tags are used when
indexing your articles with search engines. So if you want to get your article indexed by the search
engines then you need to use the proper keywords or wordpress tags.
If you have an article about Affiliate Marketing and you use keywords or wordpress tags that don’t even
show up in that article then the search engines will put that article at the bottom of the pile. It don’t
matter what your article is about. If you use keywords or tags that don’t show up in the article you want
get good placement from the search engines. Oh it does get worse then that if your keyword you chose
only shows up one time then your chances of that article finding top position is ZERO.
Make sure that what keywords or wordpress tags you use show up at least 5 times in your article. That
is the way you will get better placement for your articles. If ecommerce and Ecommerce is in your article
only use one of those not both the search engines see those the same way now if you had ecommerce
and e-commerce then the search engine sees that as two different keywords. Are you following Me?
This is the part that most people get trapped in. They think search engines can read their minds. If your
article is about keywords and wordpress tags and it mentions search engines that don’t mean your article
is about SEO. So don’t put SEO as a keyword in your article just because your article mentions search
engines. If it don’t have the keyword at least 5 times in your article DON’T USE IT!
Now we will show you the keywords and wordpress tags that should be used in this article we wrote here.
That should give you an idea of how to do the same for yours. The obviouse keywords are “Keywords,
WordPress Tags, Search Engines, and Article” and we could possibly use ebook as well. That would
make it five times in this whole article.
If you will notice we never used keywords or wordpress tags that never appeared in our article this is the
most common mistake made by new Internet Marketers. If its not in your article then don’t use it.

You can search blogs all across the internet and find that many new Internet Marketers posting to blogs and look
at the tags and many of the post have tags that don’t show up in the post. That is why this article was written to

5 Steps To High Search Engine Rankings With A Top WordPress SEO Plugin

In order to rank highly in the search engines proper on-page Search Engine Optimisation is vital and if you are using WordPress you can use a WordPress SEO Plugin to make this easy. Below I look at what you need to do to prepare your WordPress to get high rankings and to keep it that way. I am assuming that you have decided on the subject of your site and found the keywords you want to optimise for.
Step 1 – Domain NameThe ideal strategy would be to buy an existing aged domain with a good Google page rank and existing backlinks. Assuming that this is not possible and you are registering a new domain name it should include your primary keyword at the beginning (i.e. domainnamenow.com is better than mydomainname.com). If you are targeting an international audience it should be .com or .net or .org.
Step 2 – HostingYou need a decent hosting service so that your site availability and loading speed are good. Google is now taking loading speed into account.
Step 3 – Site StructureSet WordPress Permalinks so that the postname appears in the URL. Make sure you have the standard legal pages, and About Us and Contact Us, with links from every page and post (ideally in the footer). Add some external links to authoritative sites in your niche so they appear on every page and post (and make them no-follow).
Step 4 – Pages and PostsInstall a WordPress SEO plugin to help control your on page SEO. The best known is “All In One SEO Pack”. Write a good description for the site which will entice visitors to click when they see this in the search results.
For all pages and posts decide on the keyword to target and include this in the URL and Title. Also include the keyword in the first and last sentences and throughout the content. Add an image to every page and post and put the keyword as the ATL text. Make sure that every page and post includes at least one internal link.
Install the SEOPressor WordPress SEO Plugin and use it to check the SEO of each page and post. Follow its recommendations to ensure that each page and post is properly optimised.
Step 5 – On-GoingKeep adding content as the search engines like to see regular updates. Use the SEOPressor WordPress SEO Plugin to check all new content and also existing content after any updates.
